Photosnap awarded ‘Best Service Based Business’

Local designer, manufacturer and retailer of Australian-made photobooths, Photosnap, has been recognised at the 2015 Asia-Pacific Business Excellence Awards, taking home the award for ‘Best Service Based Business’.

Held at the QT Hotel on the Gold Coast, Queensland, the Awards honour excellence in small and medium businesses from around the world, showcasing exceptional results for business owners, entrepreneurs and their teams.

Photosnap founding co-owners Jason D’Costa and Troy Marley accepted the ‘Best Service Based Business’ award on behalf of the company.

“Troy and I have worked really hard to ensure Photosnap offers a strong value proposition for our customers,” says Jason. “We are constantly researching the latest trends, investing time and resources into product development and innovation, to ensure our products, support and customer service is second-to-none in the industry.”

Jason credits part of the recent success to key changes in the way the leadership team run their business, helped along by Business Coach Rueben Taylor. In the last 12 months, comprehensive business planning and strategy has seen the company outsource their marketing and expand their workforce, allowing Jason and Troy to put more time into business development.
